For 15 years, Seattle Grace Hospital has given us a fair share of drama, from shootings to plane crashes to drownings and, car crashes. It has also given us laughter, and some very good looking characters from Derek shepherd, to Mark Sloan, and Arizona Robbins.
But after those amazing 15 years, is it finally time to say goodbye to Seattle Grace, as Meredith Grey is the only original intern left?
For me personally the show began to decline after Derek's death, because he was a major character and husband to Meredith Grey, and without him, the show, and most of its comedy and love were slowly fading away.
After his death, his sister took his job as head neurosurgeon of the hospital, haunting Meredith and reminding her of Derek which I thought was incredibly heartless of Shonda Rhimes.
But with this all being said, the show is still loved by millions of fans, and the drama keeps on happening. As long as the show doesn't re-use material or run out of plots then I would fully support the show's future.
What are your thoughts on Grey's anatomy, and do you think the show is running on its last legs?
